Refunds & Cancellations
This policy explains how BizUp handles subscription cancellations and refund requests.
Cancellation
Users may contact BizUp support for cancellation requests. Cancellation does not automatically remove already delivered service work or completed subscription benefits.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are reviewed case by case. A refund may be considered if payment was duplicated, charged incorrectly, or service activation failed due to a technical issue from BizUp's side.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds may not be available after service work has started, subscription access has been used, or business profile optimization/reporting work has been delivered.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible. Bank and gateway processing timelines may vary.

To request a refund or cancellation review, contact BizUp support with your registered email, order ID, payment reference, and reason for the request.
